What size should I buy?

Colombian fajas are compression garments that typically run small. It is crucial that you do not go by your clothing size. You need to take your measurements with a measuring tape. Watch our video where we demonstrate how to take your measurements correctly. There are measuring tables on each product that will give a guideline to follow.

If you are a post op babe, you will need to take into account your swelling and pain levels before purchasing your faja. We recommend that you purchase one or three sizes up to account for swelling and inflammation. If you would like our professional recommendation, please take our Get Fitted quiz.

Can I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel your order, you can do so in the first 24 hours. We will refund the total amount minus 20% for managerial expenses. If you decide to cancel during or after your shipping, we will not refund shipping price. You will also be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reroute or return the faja. 

We reserve the right to make refunds when we deem necessary and to stop communication with a client if hate speech is detected. We have zero tolerance for disrespect and offensive communication with us.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is our shipping, refund, and exchange policy?

Fajas Comfort Fit is not responsible for any delay or loss of package due to mail carrier problems. Shipping fees will be added at checkout. We do not give any refund or exchanges of any kind. Fajas are considered undergarments and in most cases used for post surgical purposes. This means that human fluids might penetrate the garment. We want to ensure that our fajas stay sanitary and safe for our clients’ use. Thank you for your understanding.

If there is a sizing issue, remember that each client is responsible for taking their own measurements. Take a look at each products’ sizing chart before purchasing your post op garment. We also have a Get Fitted quiz where we can give you our professional recommendation. Once measurements are submitted, we will not take responsibility or exchange a faja for incorrect measurements.

If your garment is not fitting, you may reach out to our support team with pictures or videos via so we can take a look at your case and try to provide solutions. We reserve the right to refund or exchange a garment should we deem necessary. The faja must be returned unused, free from hairs, odors, or stains before proceeding with the process.

Any accessories such as boards or foams will not be refunded or exchanged by any means.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, we do not ship anywhere overseas, for the time being. Once we expand overseas shipping, we will update our terms and services.
